P.E . Pals
P.E. Pals is an afterschool club to both make friends and exercise!
Our indoor space has lots of room to move around and be active. We will play a variety of group games and activities such as tag, dancing, yoga, obstacle courses, or outings to the nearby park.
Activities will vary depending on the unique group of participants. The preferences and needs of the attendees are incorporated into planning the day.
There will be opportunities to both learn and practice sportsmanship, motor coordination, connecting with peers, and self-regulation with appropriate support and accommodations.
What makes our afterschool club different?
Physical activity has many benefits, but structured sports are not the best fit for every child. Our goal is to provide an accessible and inclusive space for children to be themselves, play with peers and exercise.
Our training has given us knowledge and skills in how to provide adapt programming and use universal strategies that build supportive environments that foster learning and belonging.
How much is it?
$300 (+5% GST) for 6 sessions
AFU funding is accepted.
*An additional $5 will be added to cover administrative costs.
