Inclusive day camp For elementary school children
We believe all children and families have the right to access community programs and build relationships with their peers, we desire to create an inclusive Pro D day camp that proactively considers and plans around the needs of both typically developing students and those with different developmental trajectories and needs.
What makes our Pro D Day Camp different?
Our training has given us knowledge and skills in how to individualize programming and use universal strategies that build supportive environments that foster learning and belonging. We gather information about all our participants beforehand and plan the day around their interests and needs!
What is the cost?
Cost is $157.50 per day ($150 + 5% GST).
Autism Funding is accepted.
*An additional $5 will be added to cover administrative costs. Prepayment is required to confirm registration and participate in our programs. You will need to submit a request to pay form (RTP) to the autism funding unit (AFU). When we receive funding access, we will bill AFU on the day of the program, and then reimburse you.
What is included in the cost?
All materials or equipment for activities will be provided. Snacks and lunch are not provided. A full list of what your child needs to bring will be sent in the confirmation email.
Who can join?
Our Pro D Day camps are open to children in elementary school (from Kindergarten to Grade 7).
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We require 2 weeks notice of cancellation before the start date of our program to issue a full refund.*
For any cancellation with less than 2 week’s notice, 50% will be refunded. Cancellations within 1 week or less, including no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
*All refunds are subject to a fee of $1.50 to account for the cost of the e-transfer.

- Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email! Payment instructions as well as additional steps will be included.
